Neon Echo Privacy Policy

Neon Echo is a memory-path game published by Axion Lab. This policy explains what information the game processes and why.
Information we process
If you sign in, we process your email address, Google account identifier, display name and authentication information through Firebase Authentication. We store your player name, score, level, gems, leaderboard entries and challenge results in Google Firebase. The game also stores preferences and progress locally on your device.
Advertising
The Android app uses Google AdMob to display interstitial and opt-in rewarded ads. AdMob may process device and advertising identifiers, approximate diagnostics, ad interactions and related information to deliver, measure and protect advertising. Test builds and registered test devices use test ads.
Analytics
Where consent is required, Google Analytics for Firebase is enabled only if you choose “Allow Analytics.” It processes gameplay events, app version, device and technical information, session activity and approximate country derived from network information. We do not send your player name, email address or precise location to Analytics. You may decline and continue playing.
How information is used
We use information to authenticate players, synchronize progress, operate leaderboards and competitions, understand aggregate game usage, improve gameplay, maintain game security, diagnose problems and display advertising. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We use Google Firebase for authentication, cloud storage, hosting and analytics, and Google AdMob for advertising. Their processing is governed by Google's privacy terms.
Retention and deletion
Local data remains until the app data is cleared or the app is removed. Cloud account and gameplay data is retained while needed to provide the service. You may request account and cloud-data deletion by emailing playmkzp@gmail.com from the email connected to your account.
Children
Neon Echo is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Security and changes
We use reasonable safeguards and Google Firebase security features, but no system is completely secure. We may update this policy when the game or legal requirements change and will post the revised date here.
